At Embrace Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your stitched clothing purchase. Our 7 Days Exchange Policy makes it easy to exchange your order if the size, style, or design is not right for you.
Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the outfit is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, damage, alterations, or missing tags will not be eligible for exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items: Customized outfits, sale/discounted items, and accessories cannot be exchanged due to hygiene and quality control reasons.
If you wish to exchange your order, simply contact our customer support team via WhatsApp at +92-300 2192295 or Instagram DM. Our team will guide you through the process and confirm the availability of the new size, style, or design you want.
Processing Time: Once we receive your exchange request and the outfit is approved, the replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days, subject to availability of the requested product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect outfit, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange for an exchange at no additional cost to you.
