Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the outfit is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Any outfit showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and quality control reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including customized outfits, sale/discounted items, and accessories.
If you wish to return your order, please contact our customer support team via WhatsApp at +92-300-2192295 or Instagram DM. Our team will guide you through the process and confirm the next steps. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the outfit received was defective or incorrect.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned outfit, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your outfit for a different size or design, simply contact our team. Once approved, you can place a new order for your desired item after the return process is completed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect outfit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
